EUGENE, ORE. - IDX, Inc. announces their participation in this year's RMLS Trade Fair on Thursday, Feb. 14th from 10am to 4pm at The Oregon Convention Center in Portland, Ore. IDX, Inc. will offer real estate professionals the opportunity to explore the new map-based search technology that their custom IDX solution, IDX Broker, provides. This is the second year IDX, Inc. has attended the RMLS Trade Fair and with the new advances in real estate search applications representatives are looking forward to demonstrating the perks this search tool offers.

The Internet Data Exchange (IDX) is the means of receiving raw property listings data from Multiple Listing Services and formatting it for a realty website, creating an easy way for the public to view the available real estate. Subscribing RMLS members now have the ability to give their customers access to an easy map based search from their individual real estate websites. In addition, IDX Broker includes a variety of other useful tools and options for both the realtors and their customers including traffic reports, lead management data and slideshow presentations. This gives their sites an advantage over those that don't provide such a diverse array of search options.
